Meal plans cover everything from easy weekend dinners and cooking with kids their scrumptious meals to holiday and seasonal content. Family come in all shapes and sizes and we know that mealtime can also be anywhere from around the table, in the cars, to poolside or while travelling to any corner of the world. Research shows that family meals are considered to show many positive outcomes on the overall health of family members.

Nutrition is crucial for achieving a healthy lifestyle, and a key focus should be on creating nutritious family meal plans. Simple strategies include incorporating amounts of proteins, like one can try to include some amounts of proteins in every meal whether it is Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, including one liquid option like buttermilk or soup, small portions of carbohydrates such as wheat roti, bread, rice. Moreover add a variety of colourful vegetables and incorporate different coloured fruits in between the meals and not with Lunch or Dinner. Further make sure to eat dry fruits and seeds in moderation. It's important to consider everyone's preferences, time restrictions, likes, dislikes, age group of the family members and nutritional needs when planning meals for the whole family.
